Web Designer Needed (Temporary Part-time Telecommuting Position)

We are a fast paced company based in the San Francisco Bay Area looking for a responsible and reliable web designer to fill in while our designer (based in Honolulu) goes on maternity leave for 3 months starting mid September.

The preference is to have you work full time online between the hours of 9 am - 6pm PDT  (that's 6am - 3pm Hawaii time) for at least 1-3 days a week and then work remotely on an as-needed basis the rest of the time.

Responsibilities:

• Landing page design and HTML/CSS development of those designs.
• Email Marketing Designs & HTML conversion of those designs.
• Retheming existing sites with new css files.
• General graphics support
• QA checks of your layouts for cross browser compatibility
• Must be available via IM, email, phone during those full days you work remotely.
  

Skills:

• Expert in Photoshop
• Expert knowledge of HTML/CSS
• Prior experience in online marketing and SEO is preferred.
• Prior experience in landing page designs and/or email designs is preferred.
• At least 5 years of professional web design experience is preferred.
• Expert knowledge of flash is a plus.
