Company description: We administer various large center-type grants within SOEST. One project in specific is the Hawaii Experimental Program to Stimulate Competitive Research (EPSCoR). The application already exists and is functional. We need a programmer to continue with development.

Required qualifications: competent programming, honest and hard working
Desired qualifications: concurrent enrollment or having passed ICS 311/312
