Technical Writer (11923)
Bishop & Co. is seeking qualified candidates for a full-time, direct hire Technical Writer opening in Honolulu.
Responsibilities:
- Planning and developing document deliverables for new software products and features, and maintaining existing documentation for ongoing releases.
- Participating in feature design meetings, and tracking and reporting on user-visible product changes.
- Work with software engineers and developers to develop documentation deliverables for assigned products/features
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of technical writing experience, including the following documentation: system architecture, system design, interface control, release notes, black-out plans, requirements specifications, online help systems, user manuals.
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
- JAVA experience strongly preferred.
