Technical Trainer - Telecom

We are looking for a Technical Trainer for a full time position (contract to hire) in the Telecom Industry in Hawaii. The job description is as follows. If you meet the following requirements, email your updated resume, contact info and salary expectations to zzaidi@bishopco.net

1. To provide customer training on how to administer applications such as Call Manager, Unity, Call Pilot, HMS400, AD-64 and other Cisco, Nortel and NEC applications 
2. To provide technical support on the BCM and Keysystem product line. 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. 
Develop training materials for customers in support of Cisco, Nortel and NEC application administration training. 
Schedule training with customers and perform training sessions. 
Provide internal technical support to sales and the MAC group regarding questions on BCM and Keysystems. Questions include but are not limited to compatibility questions, configuration questions and general technical questions. 
Experience in CPE applications including Cisco Call Manager and Unity, Nortel Call Pilot, TM and HMS400 and NEC Voicemail platforms. 
Technical understanding of BCM and Keysystems. 
Research skills – ability to research solutions to technical questions posed. 
Strong verbal and writing skills – Ability to communicate effectively in various mediums.
