OVERALL PURPOSE
This position is responsible to provide technology support to all staff for all software and hardware related to Hale Kipa and the services we provide. Provide solutions to problems experienced by staff. Research the possibility of new hardware and software and assist in the planning and deployment of new hardware and software.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
1. Provide technology support to all Hale Kipa staff for all software and hardware related to Hale Kipa and the services we provide.
2. Document technology help requests and describe the solutions implemented in each request.
3. Provide technology solutions to problems experienced by our staff.
4. Maintain, repair and/or replace broken or malfunctioning equipment
5. Research the possibility of new hardware and software. Assist in the planning and deployment of new hardware and software.
6. Attend required meetings and trainings to maintain professional certifications and/or to meet licensing requirements.
