Kamehameha Schools has a Sr. ERP Payroll Analyst (Limited Term) position available at Kawaiaha'o Plaza, O'ahu. Deadline to apply is 9/05/2012 .

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer science, accounting and/or business related field.

Summary of Minimum Requirements:

• 5+ years of related work experience.
• Extensive hands-on configuration experience as a business analyst on ERP or related system implementations, and working knowledge in Payroll applications.
• Strong analytical skills; ability to assess development requirements, business process requirements, cross application impact, and integration requirements.
• Good communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to design and deliver training and related material.
• Ability to develop quality documentation.
• Ability to develop work plans, i.e. testing, realization, cutover, to meet project deadlines.

Summary of Duties:

• Responsible for the successful completion and delivery of respective project activities, deliverables and objectives associated with the payroll interfaces to the Human Resource and Financial modules of an ERP system.
• Performs payroll duties.
• Participates in fit gap analysis and other functional design sessions, requirement gathering and documentation, testing and approving of the system functionality.
• Develops and executes test scripts and tracking/resolving issues.
• Responsible for go-live and post-production suppor and constructing end user guides and/or written procedures.
