Software Engineers Needed

Referentia Systems is currently seeking motivated Software Engineers to become members of the engineering team that will help lead the development of our next generation software applications.  Software Engineers are responsible for playing an active role in the analysis of requirements, design, and programming of our software solutions. Applies and upholds industry standard methodologies of systems design and architecture. Performs analysis and identifies solutions to complex technical problems.  Multiple levels available based on experience and qualifications. 

Qualifications

• BS or MS degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• Strong knowledge in OOD/OOP. Proficiency in at least one of the following programming languages: Java (preferred), C#, C++.
• Must have strong knowledge in object-oriented design.
• Experience in agile development process such as scrum a plus.
• Team player with good interpersonal/communication skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills required.
• Ability to implement, monitor and maintain quality control standards.
