Senior C# developer and then some... looking for the right opportunity.

As I have stated in the title I am looking for the right opportunity. I am seriously looking at moving to the region, but I would like to have something lined up before I do so. I have an extensive background in C# and even more in C/C++ and MS-SQL. I have spent the past several years working in leadership positions either as a development lead or as a project manager, which for both companies was more of an assistant director position.
