Seeking Cabling Technicians

Enterprise Technology Solutions is growing and we are seeking technicians proficient in structured cabling, network infrastructure and POS systems. Must possess valid Hawaii State issued Driver's License and reliable transportation. Ability to lift 50 pounds frequently and climb ladders. 

The ideal candidate will be ambitious, a quick learner and customer service focused. The ideal candidate will possess basic telecommunications tools, Butt Set, power drill/screwgun, various bits for screwing and drilling, screwdrivers, pliers, cable crimpers and a desire to see a job through to successful completion. The ideal candidate will be reliable, honest and hardworking with the ability to use common sense and logic to solve complex cabling problems. 

The job entails performing the following (but not limited to) duties:

Running/Pushing Category 5/5e/6/fiber underground, in ceilings, in walls, in floors

Terminating cable/fiber 

66/110 punchdown blocks

Testing/certifying cable

Installing/repairing/troubleshooting network/computer equipment

Following instructions

Testing T-1/PRI/BRI installations

Terminating cabling to patch panels, switches, routers, wall jacks

Making patch cables

Frequently lifting 50 pounds

Climbing ladders

Taking pictures

Filling out paperwork

Accessing websites

Email

Texting

Speaking on the telephone
