The Program Manager of Network/Cyber Security will be responsible for all phases of cyber security programs from inception to completion. Cyber security standards are security standards which enable organizations to practice safe security techniques to minimize the number of successful cyber security attacks. Cyber security involves protecting that information by preventing, detecting, and responding to attacks.

Qualifications:

Bachelors in Engineering, Computer Science.

10 years intensive and progressive experience in managing engineering programs, including personnel and the project. Manage financial responsibility of the project.

Required:

Medium large to enterprise network experience working with cyber security systems.

Must have a security clearance or be able to obtain one.

Desired:

Individual having experience with government/DOD contracts, contract negotiation. Proficient with Government Program Planning and Federal Acquisition Programs

Excellent communication skills……w/customers to formulate customer needs into product requirements.

Duties and responsibilities:

Direct all phases to completion of network projects.

Responsible for cost, schedule, and performance and act as primary client contact.

Formulates, reviews, and implements strategic plans, sub-contracting plans, deliverables and terms and conditions.

Adheres to project management plan in accordance CMMI (Capability Maturity Model Integration) and adheres to master plan and schedule. Identifies problems and implements solutions. Identifies resources needed and define team roles, and communicates relevant information to management.

Establishes design concepts, criteria for engineering efforts for product research, development, integration and test. Coordinates with a team lead specialist to direct the work of the employees assigned to technical and admin areas.

Ability to create proposal, plans, work statements, specs, and costs.

Coordinates customer and market requirements with Science, Technology and Engineering groups.
