PeopleSoft Technical Consultant (Honolulu, Hawaii)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced PeopleSoft Technical Consultant to join our growing Business Solution Technologies (BST) Team.  The PeopleSoft Technical Consultant provides technical expertise for PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM), Financials, and/or Campus Solutions projects. Provides technical input during business requirements gathering and fit-gap analyses processes. Performs complete technical development tasks. Performs full cycle of implementation and upgrade tasks. Develops data conversion strategies and executes the process. Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to maintain a high level of satisfaction with BST clients.

The ideal candidate will have:

- 5+ years experience with implementation, configuration, upgrade, customization and production support of PeopleSoft HCM, Financials, or Campus Solutions.
- Skilled requirements gathering, technical analysis, design, PeopleTools including PeopleCode, application engine, component interface, programming SQR, documentation, and unit test.
- Strong SQL skills, thorough understanding of relational databases, basic understanding Oracle and Microsoft SQL server database architecture.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills, including the ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable lay terms.
