JOB DESCRIPTION- Essential Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for the maintenance and support of hardware and software for Museum-wide computer systems including installation/implementation of new systems; upgrades and maintenance of existing systems, end-user assistance and training, system documentation and network service.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge and at least 3-5 years of working experience with the following: Windows Server, Exchange Server, Windows Desktop OS, Active Directory Services, Switches and Routers, Firewall / VPN, Anti-Virus / Anti-Spam, Disaster Recovery, System / Network Design, System / Network Monitoring, System Security, MS SQL Server, Backup Software and Technologies, Cloud Services, TCP/IP, Office Suite, Macintosh OS, Virtualization technologies – specifically VMware, HP Servers, and SAN systems.
