Specialized Knowledge and Skills:
IT professional that has 2-5 years of relevant experience doing business support. The Network Admin is responsible for diagnosing and resolving all issues related to client networks. This includes troubleshooting software applications and hardware (along with peripherals). We need someone with a lot of server administration experience, which has done more than setup users in Active Directory or basic Exchange functions. The person we hire will be able to troubleshoot all aspects of a client’s problem independently. These problems may range from basic patch issues to restoring servers to a working status
Customer Service Skills - Experience in customer-oriented telephone, email and chat
Problem Solving Skills - Able to gather information, evaluate options and offer good solutions
High degree of knowledge with computer hardware, software and networking
Ability to respond quickly, competently and patiently to customer requests
Ability to work with little supervision

Qualifications/Requirements:
A+/Network+, Microsoft certification and/or Associates Degree. MCITP:SA preferred
Must be proficient with all mainstream Microsoft products
Must have valid driver’s license and own car for use in traveling and transporting equipment
