Need ActionScript/Flex and PHP Engineer as a Partner in Gaming Startup

Who we need: We’re looking for a talented Flex/Actionscript and/or PHP coder to join a highly motivated start-up team of 4 people creating a new online Flash game. Have you always wanted to work with a hot startup, but been held back living in Hawaii? Yea, us to.

Basic idea of the game: Its a spy game played in real time. The player registers via Facebook Connect and is informed each week of their mission. The game is heavy on multimedia/video and a mind-bending challenge each week played for points. There are a number of social features utilizing Facebook and Twitter. Compensation: This is an opportunity to be a founding member of the company and receive a significant number of founders stock (negotiable based on experience and the workload you commit to). It is NOT a paid position at the moment, but could become one after we generate revenues or get funding. Full time or nights and weekends are both OK. The rest of the team is working nights weekends currently.
