Need a grant to patent a better Bed Bug Killer

This is David Henna.  I have two inventions, one simple and one complicated  The simple invention

is an improved Pumice Stone to clean toilets.  The complicated invention is an insect and  bed bug killer that works using electronic waves.  I know the market has such electronic insect killers but they're fakes compared to mine.

Is there such a thing as a pro bono patent searcher and a pro bono patent attorney or one

who works on contingency (a percentage of the profits from the invention royalties?)

I'm currently deep in debt.
