ABOUT MENTALPEPZ
Mentalpez is a boutique tech agency. We work primarily with venture-funded early-stage startups. Investors in our clients' projects include Tony Hsieh (Zappos), Pierre Omidyar (eBay), Rob Roy (SuperNAP), among others. Our work has been featured in Mashable, TechCrunch, and GigaOM.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
We're looking for an intern who's interested in learning and growing as a productive member of our startup. We like learners. We like thinkers. We hope to find a developer who would like to improve not only his or her technical know-how but also his or her entrepreneurial savvy.

PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT
All Mentalpez members have home offices, but we meet regularly (digitally or AFK).

SKILLS
Core web development skills are important, but we're flexible. Ideally, you'd be proficient in the following:

HTML5
CSS3
JavaScript (jQuery, MVP design)
One server-side language (C#, PHP, Java, Ruby, Python)

EMPLOYMENT TYPE
Internship. Upon review, PTE may also be an option.

Do you anticipate problems having a trademarked name as part of your brand?

Hey Brian,

"Mental" is a trademark, as is "PEZ" (in all caps). We have the trademark for "Mentalpez," which we assure you is neither psychologically- nor candy-oriented. :]

Haha okay. Just curious. I think it's a fun name, just realized you don't see many trademark-derived/inclusive names (I actually couldn't think of any others).
