This position would be responsible for implementing and training physician group practices on the Electronic Health Records (EHR) product and ancillary applications. Additionally, this role is responsible for working closely with the client and Project Manager to ensure implementation is moving in accordance with contract deliverables and project timeline.



Essential Functions (include but not limited to):

Effectively trains and supports Client super-users on software configuration and front end software and functionality to ensure proper utilization of Medflow EHR product.
Ensures super-user train office end-users on front end software and functionality to ensure proper utilization of Medflow EHR product
Organize and develop project plan to meet the Client’s needs in respect to their specific practice workflow and procedures
Facilitate the management of client expectations during implementation process
Independently manage client communication ensuring accurate and timely follow-up to Client questions and/or issues
Provide guidance to Client in system testing as necessary
Independently manage multiple priorities, e.g. customer sessions, follow-up questions, external/internal support, etc, while maintaining a high-level of service and a customer-friendly attitude
Provide ongoing production support of the EHR application
Assist with Enterprise EHR implementations as needed


Requirements:

Current technical ophthalmic certification, COA, COT, or COMT required
Previous experience with Medflow EHR software preferred
Ability to communicate with ophthalmic technicians and ophthalmologist required
Familiarity with latest diagnostic and treatment equipment preferred
Must be comfortable with Windows/Microsoft applications
Typing and intermediate level computer skills required
Previous training and implementation experience preferred
Excellent organizational and writing skills
Ability to travel; must have driver’s license
Ability to manage customer expectations while on-site
Ability to maintain a professional demeanor at all times
Customer-oriented personality
Knowledge of and/or experience in healthcare industry preferred
