LTO tape backup system repair?

Does anyone know a local company that could do diagnostics and repair an LTO tape backup system?  Our system functions, but it looks like there is a sensor or something that is not behaving properly because it has started ending each tape before it is really filled, we are guessing because it *thinks* it is filled (I know the tape drive is not a thinking entity - you know what I mean).  We're going to try posting a quote request on the Commercepoint.com system ... just thought I'd see if anyone out in the Tech Hui land knew of any potential vendors.  Thanks,
