Looking for an Java/XML Architect in HNL

My client is seeking an experienced IT Architect/ Developer that can provide lead technical support in the development and implementation of a new health information network. Our client company is a well-funded non-profit organization company whose mission is to lead the charge in modernizing Hawaii's healthcare information network.

The analyst provides lead technical support to help providers develop system application interfaces and is the primary lead to coordinate with associated vendors for data interoperabilitiy. Will also guide the development of standardized data specifications that may be integrated into a data reporting repository.

Min. Requirements:

* Five (5) years' experience with of XML, JAVA, HTML complex programming
* Must have at least three (3) years of IT architecture development 
* Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four (4) year college or university in information technology or a related field
* Must be able to maintain cordial and professional relationships with staff, organizational stakeholders, grant sub-recipient organizations, and the general public.
