Aloha! I am looking for a programmer to help develop a timed computer-based test developing for my PhD dissertation. The test I want to design is somewhat similar with TOEFL ibt. It shall have the following features:

1) The whole test can be timed as around 40 minutes, while each of the five parts of the test should be timed respectively, including the students' preparation time and answering time for each item. The computer will automatically move to the next screen when the limited time is up. Student cannot go back once they have moved from one item to another;

2) The sofeware can allow the test to have text, picture, audio and video files as test prompts. It can also allow student to type in their written answer as well as record their speaking.

3) (Optional) Furthermore, there is one item among the five, I want to play a 10-minute audio file, while at the mean time ask the students to repeat after the audio prompts. so I need the software can play the audio and record the students speaking as well as the original audio at the same time. It is like to combine two audio track together. If you think this is too difficult to be done. I may be able to do it seperately using "Audacity".

I would be happy to show you the more detailed screenshot scrip I wrote for this test if you are interested. Please contact qiaona@hawaii.edu for more detail. Pay negotiable.
