Lead the IT team in the ICS Department at UHM (Position #0081447)

The Information and Computer Sciences (ICS) Department at the University of Hawaii is looking for an IT professional to lead our team. The job ad has a lot of techno-garble, which is important, but what I'd also really like to see are some intangible things like: innovative, forward-thinking, interested in new ideas and future technologies, committed to working with the local tech community, excited to engage the ICS department's students and faculty with opportunities beyond the classroom. I want somebody to help Hawaii's premier educational institution take the Information and Computer Sciences Department to the next level.
