EN-766 Lead Architect, Network Management Software - Staff - Honolulu, HI

A client in Honolulu that provides advanced technology solutions to large commercial, government and military customers needs a Lead Architect for
their Advanced Network Systems team.

This is a small but fast-growing company. This position is scheduled to grow into a Director-level position as the company grows, so this is a great position for
someone looking for more responsibility and a management career path.

You will be responsible for providing technical guidance to network engineering teams and developing new products.

Duties:

o. Define technical direction for engineers and lead teams developing new network management software products

o. Participate in opportunity identification, qualification, and proposal development

o. Engineering tasks include network design and implementations

Note from Client:  "We are looking for CTO/Lead Architect-type engineer for products similar to Fluke NetQoS, SolarWinds, Cisco QPM, etc.  This person should be strong in network product use cases, architecture and development for network management software."  

Requirements:

o. 5+ years of experience architecting network management software (Required)

o. Experience supporting new business development (Required)

o. Have or be able to attain DOD security clearance (Required)

o. Experience in both Government and commercial sectors a plus

o. Experience taking a product first designed for DOD use and reengineering it into a commercial product a MAJOR plus.

 o. Degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering (Required); MS preferred
