IT Asset Analyst II # 016290

Kamehameha Schools (KS) has an IT Asset Analyst II position available at our Kalihi-Pālama Preschool location. The deadline to apply is: 3/22/2016. 

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business or closely related field.

Summary of Minimum Requirements:

• 5+ years of work related experience.
• Demonstrate strong analytical skills; including a thorough understand of how to interpret business needs and translate needs into implementable solutions based outcomes.
• Proven experience with ERP Fixed Assets, Purchasing, General Ledger, Accounts Payable modules.
• Strong MS Excel Skills and Word required with working knowledge of Acrobat Pro, Visio and presentation applications.

Summary of Duties:

• Responsible for evaluating and reporting complex information gathered from multiple sources, reconciling inventory conflicts using multiple databases and spreadsheet compilations, identifying and documenting key business process and inventory control points. 
• Responsible for assessing short-term, mid-term and long-term strategic management of software and technology-related hardware.
• Planning, monitoring, and recording software license and/or hardware assets to ensure compliance with vendor contracts.
