Irish Website Development Project

The Friends of St Patrick (FOSP) is a local non-profit whose primary activities involve appreciation and celebration of Irish culture, fundraising and distribution college scholarships for local students starting college.  FOSP is seeking to develop a website to better communicate and grow our membership.  We also seek to go online with our scholarship program by allowing candidates to submit their application material online.  Please see the attached website specs.  Proposal deadline is July 15, 2010. Commercial or freelance proposals welcome.
