Scrum Master

 

Job Summary:

Coordinates all planning and development activities to build and deploy new products and features within a highly interconnected enterprise application stack. These application systems are typically large, complex, and mission critical. Responsible for the performance of a matrixed team of business representatives, designers, developers and testers, the Scrum Master leads by influencing and coaching the team to better adopt Agile and Lean principles. The Scrum Master provides transparency to team progress and often articulates / translates progress to traditional waterfall IT Project and Program Management.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems or related technology field or equivalent work experience.
  2. Seven years of relevant technical, business, and leadership experience to include Five years working on software product development or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. May substitute a higher level degree in related technical/business area for work experience.
  3. One year of experience overseeing software development teams locally and/or globally.
  4. Expert working knowledge of an agile framework or method (i.e. Scrum, Kanban), preferably in large scale, technically complex products for a large enterprise.
  5. Experienced in use and configuration of one or more Agile management tools (i.e. TFS, Jira, VersionOne, Rally).
  6. Proficient in guiding teams through grooming, story splitting, estimation, and other Scrum techniques.
  7. Understanding of software development life cycle models as well as expert knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices.
  8. Outstanding communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills.

Access Management Analyst

 

Job Summary:

Provision access management services to various systems with a focus on Windows Active Directory. Ensure proper access and usability, while maintaining and understanding controls for access to support compliance requirements. Maintain security related policies and procedures to include monitoring, evaluation, administration and documentation.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Associate’s degree or technical degree or equivalent and three years of relevant IT work experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. May substitute a higher level degree, specialized training, certification and less work experience.
  2. Working knowledge of system environment.
  3. Effective communication skills.
  4. Strong PC skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Senior System Analyst (Multiple Units)

 

Job Summary:

Provides expert level technical support for application systems and domains. Provides coordination and prioritization of support for assigned application systems. Works on multiple projects providing subject matter expertise and technical direction. May lead projects.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in related technical/business areas or equivalent work experience and five years of systems analysis and programming, which includes development skills in a combination of:
    1. Object Oriented Analysis and Design
    2. Best programming practices adhering to SOLID and DRY principles
    3. Dependency Injection Pattern
    4. Web API’s
    5. C#
    6. .NET
    7. WCF Web Services
    8. SSIS
    9. SSRS
    10. TFS
    11. SQL Server
    12. Oracle.
  2. May substitute a higher level of degree (e.g. Master's degree) in related technical/business area and less work experience.

Senior Database Administrator (MS SQL Server)

 

Job Summary:

Provides support for multiple databases of medium to high complexity (complexity defined by database size, technology used, and system feeds and interfaces) with multiple concurrent users, ensuring control, integrity and accessibility of the data. Works on multiple projects as a project team member, or sometimes as a project advisor. Responsible for database support of enterprise information systems. Defines physical requirements and designs physical data structures supporting applications requirements. May assist in the design of logical data structures and provide support for data warehouses, data marts and e-business.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Bachelors degree in programming/systems, computer science or related field, or equivalent combination of education and/or work experience.
  2. Five years of experience working with various database management systems (e.g. SQL) in database design, testing, implementation, maintenance and administration.
  3. Desired qualifications include experience with SQL, Oracle and/or DB2.

Infrastructure Engineer - Informatica

 

Job Summary:

Provides technical leadership for the development, maintenance and support of complex hardware, software and/or network problems. Defines procedures for monitoring and evaluates, diagnoses and establishes work plans to resolve system issues.

Leads multiple projects/systems/issues.


Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or a related computer or engineering field (or equivalent work experience) and 5 years relevant information technology experience; or a Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or a related computer or engineering field and a lesser amount of experience.
  2. Requires a high level of expertise in multiple system environments.
  3. Experience in leading teams.
  4. Formal training, certification (e.g. MCSE) or working experience in administration, management or infrastructure architecting in one or more of the following areas is desirable:

    • Server administration and/or application administration experience in an enterprise environment
      • Windows Server 2008/2012
      • AIX 6.x
      • Configuration Management
      • Builds/Promotions
      • Scripting
      • Job Scheduling
      • Performance Monitoring
    • Working with various enterprise databases – DB2, SQL, Oracle
    • Working within an enterprise network infrastructure involving established security controls, policies and procedures
    • ETL/EDI technical concepts, design, development, administration
    • Management/Administration of Informatica (Power Center, Metadata Manager, Data Analyzer, Power Exchange) or similar ETL application tools.
    • Management/Administration of Business Intelligence or Data Analytics solutions (e.g., MicroStrategy, Verisk, etc.) or similar BI/DA application tools.
    • ETL/EDI application development experience providing consultative guidance to development teams in the areas of defining roles/security, problem resolution, system administration functions – managing versions, purging, etc.

 

Senior Software Engineer - Web Developer

 

Job Summary:

Provides expert level technical support for application systems and domains. Provides coordination and prioritization of support for assigned application systems. These application systems are typically non-mission critical, smaller and less complex than application assigned to the Application Lead.

Works on multiple projects providing subject matter expertise and technical direction. May lead technical component development.


Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in related technical/business area or equivalent work experience and five years of programming/systems analysis experience with increased skills in multiple technologies, advanced programming techniques and application design. May substitute a higher level of degree (e.g. Master's degree) in related technical/business area and less work experience.
  2. Experience in a combination of the following is desirable: .Net, C#, WCF, MVC, SQL, EF, Oracle, SOAP, UI, Agile, Visual Studio, TFS, JavaScript, JQuery, and CSS.

Infrastructure Administrator

 

Job Summary:

Provides design, development, maintenance and support for simple to moderately complex hardware, software and/or network problems.

Works on one or more project/system/issue at a time as a project team member, sometimes as a project lead.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Associate's degree or technical institute degree/certificate or equivalent work experience.
  2. One year of relevant information technology work experience.
  3. Requires technical documentation skills and familiarity in Windows Server administration and Microsoft Active Directory.

Solutions Delivery Manager / IT Program Manager (Desktop Support/Management)

 

Job Summary:

Manages diverse processes within IT across multiple HMSA functional areas or business organizations. Integrates IS processes with the business.

Accountable for development and implementation of the Resource Unit's strategies, policies, and solutions.

Responsible for managing and overseeing all operations relating to functional areas, as well as coordination and prioritization of support for assigned application and/or systems. Overall responsibilities range from departmental level management activities to being accountable for the day to day coordination and assignment of work personally or through subordinate supervisors or team leads to ensure the delivery of designated service levels for:
* Resources assigned to the resource unit.
* IS projects managed by the resource unit.
* Maintenance to applications and/or systems owned by the resource unit.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in related technical/business areas or equivalent work experience.
  2. Eight years of relevant technical, business, and project management experience across multiple technologies and business functions.
  3. Prior team building and mentoring experience in a multi-cultural environment.
  4. Demonstrated understanding and ability to manage enterprise infrastructure design, implementation, and administrative life cycle activities and processes.
  5. One year of supervisory experience or equivalent.

Solutions Delivery Manager / IT Program Manager (Test Management)

 

Job Summary:

  4. Demonstrated understanding and ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment and to implement SDLC, QA, Configuration Management, and System Testing activities and processes.
  5. One year of supervisory experience or equivalent.
