Hawaiian Airlines looking for BI Program Lead

Hawaiian Airlines is looking for a Business Intelligence Program Lead to help manage BI projects and grow/maintin infrastructure within agile processes to ensure successful deliveries.

Essential Duties:

• Provide consistent leadership and management of BI projects utilizing corporate data assets.
• Effectively communicate  and execute BI strategy as set by BI Director.
• Maintain agile processes, project scope and workflows to ensure that the work products and processes of the scrum teams meet defined standards and delivery dates.
• Track, drive and report progress to IT and business sponsors on multiple BI projects.
• Assist team members in identifying issues and blockers and work with stakeholders to remove these impediments.
• Coach , educate and mentor team members on Agile methodology and BI team processes.
• Evaluate team performance, identify resource constraints and recommend action for increasing team performance as needed.
• Understand and mitigate project dependencies, including regulatory requirements, and integration of new developments/enhancements into current and future BI architecture.
• Coordinate work integration and communications between onshore and offshore resources.
• Sell, evangelize and motivate business users to contribute time to the effort.
• Constantly reinforce the role of BI in the business and clearly communicate what business intelligence will and will not deliver.

Position Requirements:

• College degree, relevant certifications and professional training programs.
• Experience in successfully managing large complex BI projects and teams.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills
• Over ten years of professional experience, with over six years experience in working with data warehousing and business intelligence disciplines.
• Expertise in structured software development life cycle , agile methodology, and dimensional and relational database structures, theories and practices.
• Ability to build and motivate a team to achieve well communicated expectations

Preferred Requirements:
