Get Motivated Event
Is anyone else going to the heavily advertised "Get Motivated!" event on January 31st? (www.getmotivated.com). Lots of high powered, if ideologically conservative, speakers. I understand from googling it that it is very much a high pressure sales event. You get in the door cheap at 2 bucks a head, but then they try to sell you stuff all day. Since I'm a tough sell, I figured for 2 bucks and parking why not? I can take a laptop and work during the boring parts and just say no to the pitches. Any thoughts on this?

I went last year.....there were some interesting stories being shared by the speakers.
I checked my e-mail and got some work done during the sales sessions.

Make sure you use a throwaway email address and phone number or your cost will be higher than the simply sitting through some sales sessions.
