Experienced Freelance/ Part-time Drupal Developer and Designer needed (Honolulu)

I am looking for an experienced freelance or part time contract Drupal developer and themer to assist ~10-20hrs per week in bringing a community website to the market.  The project is currently in a prerelease stage and will be opening to a private beta audience shortly.  The to do list is growing faster than I can keep up.  You would be responsible for specific tasks assigned on a weekly basis and be working with a team of two other developers.  We will negotiate an hourly budget for each assigned task; you will be expected to stay within the budget.  The hourly rate is also negotiable based on your experience level. 

An ideal candidate would be available immediately have experience with the following:

• Drupal 7
• Apache Solr Search
• WYSIWYG Ckeditor 4.0
• Entity API
• Entity Registrations
• Messages
• Zen Theme, CSS, Javascript
• Email notifications
• Pantheon cloud hosting
• Amazon S3
• Feeds, aggregation, and third party feed software
• Features

The candidate must be confortable in a multiple developer workflow using git, moving database changes to code when possible, and staging changes from local, development, testing, to live.  The work will be independent at home/ remote with occasional meetings required.

This is a great opportunity to get involved in a local startup with great potential.  This contract position could evolve into a full time, equity share for the right person.
