Dragon Technology Software - Business, Healthcare, Developers, Others

I have found out about "Dragon" on television commercial about how great and fast it is communicate with others, sending messages, researching and for business personal use. I don't know any similar technology software out there. If anyone know any, please send a comment is very much appreciated :)
