CQS Development Project Manager
We are looking for a CQS Development Project Manager for a direct hire position with benefits in Honolulu. If you meet the following requirements and would like to apply, please email us your updated resume in the word document format:
Job Purpose/Objective:
To be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.
Essential Functions (include but not limited to):
Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
Identifies resources and tasks needed, and assigns individual responsibilities.
Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope, including handling customer and internal issues, and managing project tasks.
Manages R&D and production support projects.
Enforces project standards.
Works with and communicates with other functional groups.
Minimizes exposure and risk on projects by managing and escalating issues and risks.
Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
Manages project budget.
Tracks and reports team hours and expenses on a weekly basis. Approves team members' time and expense reports in a conscientious and timely manner.
Complies with and helps to enforce standard policies and procedures of TP
Possesses general understanding in the areas of application programming, database and system design.
Possesses a thorough understanding of the company's capabilities.
Performs other related duties as assigned or requested
Requirements:
Leadership - Challenges others to develop as leaders while serving as a role model and mentor. Manages the development of team by ensuring, when possible, that project tasks are in line with each Innovator's career interests. Manages the process of innovative change effectively.
Teamwork - Consistently acknowledges and appreciates each team member's contributions. Effectively utilizes each team member to his/her fullest potential. Motivates team to work together in the most efficient manner.
Client & Project Management - Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships. Able to manage multiple tasks at once under high pressure situations.
Minimum 3 years project management experience.
Experience in the software development industry working with Software Developers and QA Analysts.
Healthcare knowledge a plus
