Looking for a web developer that can make a Community Website for Condo residents and management.

They want all the functionality of the site http://www.marcopoloaoao.com/. They can provide photos. After the site is set up, the building manager wants to be able to post information, add newsletters and make changes without having to go through a web developer. There are public areas and membership areas that require login. Each resident and board member keeps up their own profile.

We offer websites on servers that are running in a Hybrid Cloud Technology combining Linux and Windows Clusters.

Websites can be setup as primary on either a Windows 2008 Server cluster or a Linux server cluster. Whichever Default Technology you prefer. Linux / Apache / PHP 5.3 or Windows Server 2008 / IIS 7 / .NET 2.0, 3.0, 3.5, 4.0. Our cloud allows you to run multiple technologies on this site, but you must select a primary technology type to start. Let us know if you would like to run multiple technologies and we will enable them also. You can use Linux technologies (like PHP and MySQL) and Windows technologies (like .Net) at the same time on the same website. If you plan to run Wordpress, you will need to select Linux / Apache / PHP as the default.
