The Intelligence Systems Business Unit has a career opportunity available for a Senior Exchange/Systems Administrator in Seoul, South Korea.

The position will report to and work closely with the Systems Administration and Engineering teams with primary responsibilities consisting of maintenance, troubleshooting, and disaster recovery planning for global Microsoft Exchange 2003 and 2010 environments. Additionally, this position will assist with managing the full technical environment including systems administration responsibilities across a wide array of technical services.

Such services include, but are not limited to:
• Support multi-site Microsoft Exchange 2003 and 2010 organizations in order to meet and maintain appropriate service levels.
• Administer and support Active Directory, DNS & Microsoft Exchange replication.
• Responsible for planning, testing, tuning, configuration and setup of Microsoft Exchange architecture as well as supporting common email applications (Outlook and OWA).
• Maintain appropriate documentation on the Microsoft exchange environment.
• Provide a point of escalation and support to the Desktop Support Group.
• Provide 24/7 on-call support for the e-mail environment and Active Directory.
• Participate in weekend maintenance activities, as required.
• Perform general system administration duties in a Windows Active Directory environment.
• Monitor Windows 2003/2008 servers and troubleshoot problems.
• Support, maintain and administer third party applications.
• Produce appropriate documentation for application deployment, configuration, and related processes.
• Enforce change management and compliance processes.
• Work as a technical resource on assigned projects.
• Install and configure and maintain server operating systems and repair server hardware
• Help Manage network system backups and provide a comprehensive disaster recovery plan for E-mail services and high availability
• Participate in disaster recovery planning, testing and response.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on all hardware on a routine and scheduled basis.
• Perform network troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose common network problems.
• Position is expansive and additional responsibilities can be added.

Required Education and Experience: A Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline, technical certification such as Security+ and five years experience working in a large-scale multi-site environment with Microsoft Exchange 2003, Active Directory troubleshooting and administration and Microsoft technologies including Windows Server 2003. An additional four years of related work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Must have strong scripting skills, knowledge of Windows Powershell, working knowledge of internet/intranet technologies including security features, working knowledge of network infrastructure and operations to include switching/routing/Ethernet TCP/IP, remote access technology and Microsoft SQL server.

Must possess excellent customer service skills, good verbal and written skills, strong problem solving skills and be proficient with MS Office Suite applications.

Desired Education: Certifications such as MCSA, MCSE, MCTS or MCITP.
