Kamehameha Schools has a Campus Solutions Business Analyst (Limited Term) position available at Kawaiaha'o Plaza, O'ahu. Deadline to apply: 11/05/2012.
Hiring 2 positions (one for the Admissions Department, one for the Financial Aid Department). These positions are Limited Term until 11/1/2014.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer science, accounting and/or business related field. In lieu of a BA degree, 3+ years of directly related experience.
Summary of Minimum Requirements:
• 2 -- 3 years of related work experience.
• Extensive hands-on configuration experience in People Soft modules, Campus Solutions (CS) or KS legacy Admissions or Financial Aid systems.
• Ability to design, build and maintain reports.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to assess development requirements, business process requirements, cross application impact, and integration requirements.
• Good communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to develop quality documentation.
• Ability to design and deliver end user training.
• Ability to explain system configuration to Operational Managers so they can understand the implication of different design solutions.
Duties:
• Responsible for business analysis, functional and technical support for the PeopleSoft CS environment.
• Bridging the needs of the functional users with the technical capabilities of the system(s).
• Performs intermediate business analysis functions for CAMPUS SOLUTIONS (CS) system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Provides analysis of new functionality, including, total effort, upstream and downstream impacts, integrations, etc.
• Designs integrity of both system and business processes.
• Develops and maintains system reports using the most appropriate tool.
• Ensures integrity of and maintenance of reporting structure/framework.
• Analyzes and troubleshoots interfaces, software bugs, reports and software customizations.
• Have a working knowledge of EdSS operations and able to provide tier 1 support to Operation's front line.
• Responsible for understanding and developing system documentation covering such items as customizations, interfaces, reports, business processes, and end user training materials. Provide communication and training to end users.
