Best way to create US company online
I recently created a UK company with a site called UK corporator. It went pretty smoothly. I'm wondering if anyone has any recommendations about which of the many US versions of such sites are best to use.

I've heard good things about LegalZoom. A web developer I know swears by them. Never actually used LegalZoom myself, though.

I've used the Company Corporation on several occasions and have always been happy with their service. If you think you may take investment consider a Deleware corp. Investors like Delaware's flexibility, well understood case law, etc. BTW - We are also discussing corporate structures in this thread.
