Job Description: 

Develop the e-banking strategy for all bank products and services, providing marketing oversight and support to Commercial & Retail banking teams. Accountable for strategy development and also recommending new e-banking features and services for purpose of growing customer adoption/use of online and mobile services. Performs role of product advocate on cross-functional teams, presenting new product proposals and/or enhancements that support achievement of revenue & profit objectives as well as contribute to the bank’s growth strategy. 

Qualifications: 

Minimum Education Requirements: College Degree Experience Required: 6 years - Developing and enhancing financial products for commercial and/or retail consumer distribution, with emphasis on e-solution products/services. 3 years - Demonstrated project leadership of product development teams, comprised of cross-functional experts, marketing colleagues, & vendors. 3 years - Demonstrated capability of delivering effective communications via presentation, interpersonal, and written format Required Skills or Training: - Demonstrated effective communication and negotiation skills, including vendor management - Knowledge of the banking/financial industry including general banking principles - Demonstrated competency in performing analytics and developing cost/benefit analysis
