POSITION SUMMARY:

The Senior Application Support Analyst serves as a key liaison between business entities and Technology Application Services in the support of application enhancements, problem and incident management, production support, and change management.   As a primary authority on critical, core applications, facilitates requirements and design activities on larger initiatives.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED: 

-Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field preferred.
-Minimum of three years of work experience supporting business applications.
