Education:

High School Diploma/Equivalent

Summary of Minimum Requirements:

  • 3 years of directly related experience.
  • Experience coordinating, directing, planning and scheduling large-scale work projects with various contractors and vendors.
  • Good written, verbal, interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Good organizational and planning skills.
  • Ability to work with general office equipment such as copiers, printers, document scanners, bar code scanners, etc.
  • Good knowledge and familiarity with technology hardware and software (MS-Word/Excel/Access/Publisher, Adobe Acrobat Pro)
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
  • Ability to train other administrative staff.


Summary of Duties:

  • Coordinates and provides administrative support for the delivery, distribution and tracking of technology throughout the organization.
  • Oversees various contractors and processes for warehousing, receiving equipment, deliveries, computer imaging/installations and lease returns.
  • Provides administrative support for the processing of customer technology requests, technology acquisition (purchases and leases), management reporting and asset tracking.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
