Education:
High School Diploma/Equivalent
Summary of Minimum Requirements:
- 3 years of directly related experience.
- Experience coordinating, directing, planning and scheduling large-scale work projects with various contractors and vendors.
- Good written, verbal, interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Good organizational and planning skills.
- Ability to work with general office equipment such as copiers, printers, document scanners, bar code scanners, etc.
- Good knowledge and familiarity with technology hardware and software (MS-Word/Excel/Access/Publisher, Adobe Acrobat Pro)
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Ability to train other administrative staff.
Summary of Duties:
- Coordinates and provides administrative support for the delivery, distribution and tracking of technology throughout the organization.
- Oversees various contractors and processes for warehousing, receiving equipment, deliveries, computer imaging/installations and lease returns.
- Provides administrative support for the processing of customer technology requests, technology acquisition (purchases and leases), management reporting and asset tracking.
- Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
