I'm looking for new opportunities on Oahu. I'm an experienced system administrator, but I'm much more than that. I'm also a release engineer and a web developer. I'm really jazzed about Ruby on Rails (been so for more than a year now) and want to work in a shop that is excited about it as I am.

My client here on Oahu is looking for a Web Application Developer. Must be proficient in Java, HTML, JavaScript, Ajax and Dojo technologies while working in a Windows or Linux Red Hat O/S running Tomcat. Minimum 3 years development recent experience working in an MVC web development environment. Primarily looking for developers that understand GUI standards and have a talent for creating functional and intuitive user interfaces. Knowledge in developer tools such as Eclipse, MySQL, Tools and CVS would be advantageous. Applicants with some accounting knowledge preferred. Salaried position.
