Robotics Design Review

For this pau hana, we are proud to present the 4th annual FIRST Robotics Challenge Design Review.  Come hear how our Kona-area teams are planning their robot designs for the 2015 FIRST Robotics Challenge.  The Challenge starts in early January, and teams must stop construction in late February, so our pau hana is about halfway through the process.  Come learn about their tasks: last year they had to throw large exercise balls, the year before it was shooting Frisbees, what will it be this year?  Give feedback to our local teams.

We will have at least Kealakehe High School and West Hawaii Explorations Academy.  Other invitations are pending.

This pau hana is BYOB/potluck, so please bring a pupu and beverage to share.  Since we will have so many hungry teenage mouths to feed, it would be great if a few people could volunteer to bring extra food this time.  Please let me know.  Reusable plates and cups are encouraged, as is taking home your own trash.  Contact Rod Hinman (rod@auroraresearch.com) for more information.
