Presentation by Cathy Nobriga Kim
Cathy Nobriga Kim, Board of Directors Treasurer and Vice President of the Frozen Division at Maui Soda & Ice Works, will be giving a presentation about the operation of Roselani Ice Cream and the background of its parent company, Maui Soda & Ice Works. Cathy started working part-‐time for Roselani, her family’s business, when she was 15 years old. A third-‐generation ice cream maker, Cathy is the creative force behind new flavors at Roselani. She has served on the Maui Chamber of Commerce Made in Maui Trade Council and on numerous boards including the Maui Food Bank, Maui Economic Development Board, and A Keiki’s Dream.
