Event Description

The Oct 13 seminar at KCC will be presented by Martin Hsia, Intellectual Property & Patent Attorney, Cades Schutte LLP, covering trade secrets and company proprietary information, employee agreements, confidentiality agreements, licensing of proprietary and know-how information, and recommended IP management practices.

The 2011 Intellectual Property Management course is a series in 10 sessions offered by KCC & IPTL/HSBA. It is designed especially for innovation companies and entrepreneurs to gain practical and in-depth knowledge on protecting, managing, and optimizing use of their IP assets in the U.S. and globally.
