What is IT Service Management?

Have you ever wondered on how you could align an organization’s information technology (IT) services with its business needs?

To find out the answers to these questions, the Project Management Club and Computer Club are co-sponsoring a free Service Management seminar on Thursday, October 7th. The seminar is designed to provide individuals with valuable information as it relates to the field of Service Management. Speakers at the seminar will be Donna Bolen and James Pierce. Donna Bolen brings with her more than 20 years of experience in IT Service Management and is the leading IBM executive responsible for Tivoli Automation Sales in the central and western United States. James Pierce has over fifteen years of experience in IT Service Management and Delivery, including architecture and design of global solutions spanning Aerospace, Retail, Defense, Finance, and Utility industries. Concluding the event is a networking opportunity with free refreshments where attendees can speak to Donna and James and get more information about IT Service Management.
