The Oct 20 seminar will be presented by Dr. Robert Yonover, serial entrepreneur and inventor of the “See-Rescue Streamer” and author of “Hardcore Inventing”, covering business strategies for securing IP rights early, establishing proof-of-concept, preparing a convincing business case and finding, contacting, and negotiating with potential patent licensees.
The 2011 Intellectual Property Management course is a series in 10 sessions offered by KCC & IPTL/HSBA. It is designed especially for innovation companies and entrepreneurs to gain practical and in-depth knowledge on protecting, managing, and optimizing use of their IP assets in the U.S. and globally.
