Event Description

This course provides a foundation in version control and the basics of using Git with web-based projects. Covers Git (the software), Github (the repository), as well as a few different apps you can use to work with both of them. A basic understanding of web development is recommended.

Mike King is vice president of interactive design at Ikayzo, an interactive software agency based in Honolulu. Mike specializes in interaction design for web, mobile, and desktop applications. He has created interactive designs for finance, government and educational institutions. He has extensive experience designing for multiple mobile devices including iOS (iPhone/iPad) and Android, as well as responsive design for mobile web applications.
