James Wagstaff will be talking about Broomstick which has more power than Away3D 3.6!
The two engines seem to have some very significant differences and why learn everything twice! Besides, Away3D 3.6 will be more or less obsolete by year end, so we only be talking Broomstick!
The meeting will cover
- Setting up Flex Builder to develop for Broomstick
- Views, Cameras, Meshes, Primitives, ObjectContainer3Ds and the render loop
- Stuff specific to my project - SWF, LinearExtrude, Merge and Camera states
- Timelines to release
