Have you ever wondered why some companies and executives thrive while others fail? Management Consultant Vino Mehta will discuss the root causes of why these failures occur and what can be done to prevent them. He will share the building blocks and a systematic approach that companies can implement to spur profitable growth and innovation.
For more than 20 years, Vino has owned and operated a successful consulting practice in Hawaii. His goal is to help companies implement change to improve financial, strategic, organizational, and operational performance. His clients have included Hawaiian Electric, First Hawaiian Bank, IBM, PeopleSoft, Pacific Marine, Adtech, the State of Hawaii and many others.
A corporate trainer and motivational speaker, Vino’s background is in industrial engineering. He earned a Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Windsor in Canada and a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering in India.
