That’s the question Hawaii’s Chief Advisor for Technology and Cyber-Security to the Governor, Sanjeev “Sonny” Bhagowalia, will explore at the Hawaii Information Communications and Technology Association’s (HICTA) April 15th luncheon program at the Pacific Club.
