Great talk Doug. Your talk about QHTB investment, the modifications brought by SB199 and ordering rules for the credits was enlightening.

At the conference now. The Lt. Gov just gave a talk about the need for a comprehensive electric vehicle network in Hawaii along with a smart grid powered by multiple renewable energy sources.

Doug is talking about social engineering via federal & state tax policy. This year there are more green credits than ever before. Interesting stuff.
