Topic: “Electricity: Generation, Transmission, Distributed Generation, Smart Grid/Micro Grid”
Presenter: Robert Harris, Sierra Club

In addition to electricity generation, the talk will include case studies on maximum photovoltaic penetration on grids in other locations.

Robert Harris earned a BA in chemistry and environmental science from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. He also received a JD degree from the UH William S. Richardson School of Law.  Prior to working for the Sierra Club, Robert was an attorney with Damon, Key, Kupchak, Hastert, with a specific interest in environmental law and land use.

The Exceptional Energy Lecture Series consists of five lectures on energy issues.
