Erik Ries is the design director for Honolulu Magazine. He is the founder and creative director for ETC.STUDIOS, a boutique graphic communications company specializing in total visual brand management across all mediums. Erik has worked in entertainment advertising since 1998 while gaining his master degree in communication design from Pratt Institute. His experience spans agencies in New York City to Los Angeles with work on both independent films and major motion picture campaigns, home entertainment packaging and online marketing.
